My journey in the world of therapies began in 2010, offering chiropractic massages. Since then, my training and experience have grown continuously and naturally, incorporating a variety of techniques and approaches such as reflexology, lymphatic drainage, auriculopuncture, facial treatments, and Lomi Lomi massage.

Over the years, I have had the opportunity to learn and work alongside other therapists who have deeply enriched my practice, studying disciplines such as biomagnetism, Thai massage, and new treatments that I continue to integrate and update regularly. Later, my path also opened to energetic and consciousness-based therapies, including Reiki, La Nueva Terapia, and family constellations.

My vision has always been to accompany people through physical, energetic, and emotional transformation, understanding the human being as a whole. The changes that occur after each session are not only noticeable on a physical level, but also internally, reflecting in greater harmony and overall wellbeing.

In 2023, I founded Atenea Massages & Therapies in Cala d’Or — a space created with intention and care, where I can offer this holistic approach. In addition to individual sessions, the center also hosts cacao ceremonies, meditation workshops, family constellations, and sphere connection sessions, creating a community of shared growth and awareness.
At the end of each day, I feel deep satisfaction in being able to do my work from the heart, allowing that energy to flow to the people who come to the center and receive each treatment.

Outside the therapeutic space, I find balance and joy in the small rituals of daily life: cooking with love, connecting with nature, going for walks, and before starting my workday, swimming in Cala Esmeralda to feel and honor the energy of the water.
